Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of uipixi.com and any design or development services provided by UIPixi ("UIPixi", "we", "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Our services

UIPixi is an agency of designers and developers providing UI/UX design, website design, product design, design systems, prototyping and website development (including Framer, Webflow and custom code). The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are agreed with you in writing (for example by email, proposal or invoice) before work begins.

2. Plans and payment

• Prices are shown on our website or in your proposal, and may change for new projects or billing periods. Any change will not affect work you have already paid for.
• Subscription plans are billed in advance each month. One-off projects are billed as agreed in your proposal.
• Work begins once payment (or the agreed deposit) is received.
• There are no long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Revisions

We include revisions within the agreed scope of each request until you are satisfied. Changes that go beyond the original scope may be treated as a new request or quoted separately.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content, feedback and approvals in a timely manner.
• Make sure you have the rights to any content, logos, images or materials you give us to use.
• Delays in feedback or materials may delay delivery timelines.

5. Ownership of work

Once the relevant invoice is paid in full, you own 100% of the final deliverables we create for you, including design files and code. Until payment is complete, all work remains the property of UIPixi.

Pre-existing tools, templates, components or know-how we used before your project remain ours, but you receive a permanent licence to use them as part of your deliverables. We may show completed work in our portfolio and on platforms such as Dribbble and Behance unless you ask us not to in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We keep your confidential business information private and only use it to deliver your project. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.

7. Website use

You may browse our website for personal and business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute its content, design or code without our permission, or use the website in any way that is unlawful or that could damage or disrupt it.

8. Limitation of liability

Our website and services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, UIPixi is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim.

9. Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms (such as Figma, Framer, Webflow, hosting providers or plugins). Their own terms and fees apply, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.

10. Termination

Either party may end the engagement with written notice. You will pay for work completed up to the end date, and we will hand over all paid-for deliverables.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of India, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
